When the entire Young family has the day off (work and day care), we find things to do. Thanks to Martin Luther King, Jr. we get to have time to spend with the family.

My toddler is two, so my pontification about civil rights and MLK Jr. are largely ignored. Because she has no idea what I’m talking about.

You know what she understands better? Bright ass colors and agua!

The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens are honestly are perfect place to bring a crazed toddler. They change it up every so often, but the best is when it’s set up for Lunar New Year. This year being the Year of the Snake. Interesting timing.

Anyway, it looks gorgeous.
