Roaming the Arts District in May 2020

January 24, 2022 by Vanessa Young in The Art, The Life

When Vegas was under lockdown and everything was closed, we had to make our own entertainment.

Which meant a lot of exploring outside, wandering around trying to find fun shit to do without being too close to other people. I was too traumatized to really post much throughout 2020 but here’s some of the stuff I captured.

I took about 30-40 photos of different pieces of art that day/night and these were among the ones that still stuck out to me almost two years later. The art in the Arts District alleys and along the buildings often change every few months, so some of these don’t even exist anymore. Glad I got to capture them while they lived.
