Day 75: Interview

April 24, 2018 by Vanessa Young in The Writing

Write a list of questions you have for someone you would like to interview, real or fictional.

Good morning, Jesus. Let's get right to it.

  • What have you been up to for the last 2000 years?
  • Is your dad still judgemental or has time mellowed him out? (Don't tell him I asked you that.)
  • Does it piss you off when people justify their own bigotry in your name?
  • If Judas was standing in front of you right now, what would you say to him?
  • Looking back on it, were we (us mortals) worth dying for?
  • Did you watch Beyoncé's Coachella performance? If so, what'd you think?
  • What's stopping your dad from wiping the Earth clean and starting brand new?
  • What's your greatest achievement?
  • How do you feel about humans now after observing us for so long?
  • Do you blame the patriarchy on the story of Eve tempting Adam?
  • Are men trash? Do you consider yourself a man?
  • Did you ever get married? Do you ever want to?
  • Considering the entire body of work (print, TV, film), DC or Marvel?
  • Does it annoy you that so many people consider your race to be important?
  • Who is your favorite human being, dead or alive?
  • Are humans doing any better than we were when you were last here?
  • Have you listened to Yeezus?
  • Did you lose a bit of yourself when you came back to life that one time?
  • What is the true meaning of life?
