Write about sharing something with someone else.

Back before I moved from Columbus to Las Vegas, my bestie, Tempestt, and I had a @blackincbus Instagram account that we shared and posted on. It was created specifically for us to show off our excellent fits, the fun stuff we did around the city, celebrate our friendship, etc. We jokingly wanted to see if we could get Instagram famous.

I put my social media manager skills to work and had a lot of fun developing a hashtag strategy and following strategy to get our numbers up while Tempestt expertly took the best photos and brought other new content ideas. We make quite the team! We got a pretty decent following and great engagement on our account.

Sadly, we had to put the account on ice since I am no longer living in Columbus. But who knows maybe one day we'll make it a national account.
